This one is exceptional. It has some small flaws but is a very rare and hard to find piece. The top  chiffon overlay floats over an inner silk twill sheath dress. All of the edges are ruffled. It's spectacular

The inner dress is a silk twill and the outer silk chiffon layer floats over that. There are a couple of marks on the outer layer and we have photoed them for you to see. They are tiny and get lost in the print. I also see one tiny pinhole in the silk chiffon around the waist area. Some of the wire in the edge of the ruffled bottom has come out and some of the ruffles have softened as a result.

Inner bust: to 19" flat across from side seam to side seam
Waist: to 16" flat across from side seam to side seam
Hips: to 19" flat across the inner seam but adjustable with the sash
Total length: 53" from neck to front hem, 57" to the back
